Figure C4e.1 Organizations and projects in digital transformation
Figure C4e.1 represents the construction of a triad using two polarities of objects of organizations and projects in the environment of digitization.
The derived trio indicates a common digital transformation path for organizations and projects.
Finally, we obtain a digital diagram (DD) by connecting these two triads.
The Goal and Path triads have been projected on each other. So, we can model (or track) organizations' internal and external processes within SED, DRR, and HA packages and projects interactions.
The goal is to manage social and economic development (SED), in place, in a province, in a state, and respect principles of scaling methodology for the global needs.
The cycles in this task package begin with projects. Each project faces a risks reduction environment via DRR projects preparation and
This approach matures projects that generate the necessary data and structures for the global digital transformation.
Finally, when this process passes the Humanitarian Aid (HA) practice test, organizations' supply chain readiness and flexibility gain a higher and more flexible market value.
Organizations accompany projects throughout all stages of the complex cycles and bring new quality to the SED projects at the end.
Projects and Organizations should work together to improve the social and economic conditions in the province, the state, and globally (mainly via proper data management).
Such preparation and implementation of any organization or project dominate the motivation and navigation of the local population to participate in the needed (intended and later planned) changes.
