The following Figure C6c.1 adds dynamism to the soul's internal interface. Not in time but in the dynamics of change and alternations of the soul's behavior stages.

The relationship between HS and HD is especially sensitive to differences depending on the weight of sets of the behavior of individual souls and how they assert themselves in any process.

We all know that most people have their souls on the side of HS, and this is a stable one. On the other side, the minority of people have their souls on the side of HD permanently, and almost any of us deeply or slightly sometimes falls on the side of HD.

These fluctuations are a source of dynamics (changes) in Human behavior. Suppose they begin to resonate in a cluster of souls with most HS or HD. In that case, a force enters the human behavior (individual, team, collective, or crowd), provoking changes that cause an imbalance.

These states activate the Spin of Human Behavior. Recognizing such conditions, intensity, and impacts on a specific object is difficult. For example, such changes strongly influence individuals in a team and turn the Spin into a great rotation.

The group loses credibility and finally loses the sense of existence (in a project or organization structure). Extremes on both HS and HD sides are dangerous.

Goodwill of HS can turn into naivety, daydreaming, and anger. Likewise, HD's situation is dangerous because the development break (at the beginning of the regulator's skepticism) can grow into bitterness, finally into malice, evil.

When the balance between HD and HS is under control, the development and security of any work (job) of the Human has a chance to be sustainable. For example, the team can remedy and remove the cause of lousy change or utilize it if a new opportunity has positive content).

Note: The difference between polarities "optimist - pessimist" and "HS - HD "exists and can be presented as the difference between the promising approach and expected impact on something in the case of a specific action. On the other hand, there is no direct link between the polarity HS - HD and the polarity "good - evil''.
